Responsibilities:
•Activate Mandarin-speaking Clients’ accounts over the phone
•Schedule and assign tutor to guide Clients to use the company platform
•Assist Clients and generate sales
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Min “N” levels and above
•Motivated and result oriented
•Training will be provided
•Leads will be provided, i.e. no cold calling
•Fluent in English and Mandarin (Majority of their clients are mandarin
speaking)
•Added advantage if they can speak Cantonese
•Sales experienced or telemarketing experience <<<<<<

Additional Info:
•Salary: Basic $1,800, will increase to $2,000 upon confirmation
•Average commission of $1,000, high flyers earn an average of $4-5k, up to
8k (No limits to how much they can earn)
•5 days work
•10am- 7pm (Sometimes have Marathon day on last Monday of the month,
calling from 9am-10pm)
•Call center environment (Can dress casually as long as it’s
decent/appropriate)
•3 months probation
